Table Booking + Gift Voucher Terms
These terms are in addition to our full Terms of Service available here.
The following Includes Table Booking Terms, Age verification and restrictions, Brewery Tour Booking and Cancellation Policy, and Brewery Tour Gift Vouchers, and use of other vouchers and gift cards available
SECTION 1 - TABLE BOOKING
VENUE-SPECIFIC AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Brewery + Taproom Kingsland: Strictly R18. ID may be requested. Under‑18s must be with a parent or legal guardian.
Burgernaut Fort Street: Under-18s are welcome. Alcohol cannot be sold or supplied to Under‑18s. ID may be requested.
Please arrive on time for your booking. Tables may only be held for a short period after the booked time. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, are running late, or your party size changes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking availability. Table Bookings are not charged in advance, and no cancellation fees apply. Booking platform and data is managed securely by TableNest, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Table Booking times differ from our open hours; (and specific to Kingsland; are not available on Eden Park Game Days or Events). Wait times vary during peak periods. Orders are typically ready in 30 mins. Last Kitchen Orders 30 min before close. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, please let our staff know on arrival. Good Doggs Welcome. Please make sure your dog is on a lead and with you at all times for their safety.
SECTION 2 - BREWERY TOUR BOOKING
Brewery Tours are held at the Brewery + Taproom Kingsland and are strictly R18.
Please arrive 15 minutes early with a valid 18+ photo ID. Closed-toe shoes required, no sandals or jandals. Brewery Tours last 1 hour and include complimentary 5 x 125ml Beer Tasters. Plan your transportation responsibly as alcohol will be served. Any further beer tastings, pints and food are available for an additional cost.
Tours are limited to 1-10 pax and cost $39.00 NZD per person; charged in advance at the time of booking. Brewery Tour Gift Voucher(s) can also be redeemed at the time of booking, see terms below. Booking platform and data is managed securely by TableNest, in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and transactions are processed via secure banking partner Stripe.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - BREWERY TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Brewery Tours cancelled within 24 hours of start time are non-refundable. If cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, you’ll be refunded less 5% booking fee. If booking was made using Brewery Tour Gift Voucher(s), the voucher(s) will be reissued. No cash refunds will be provided for voucher purchases.
SECTION 4 - BREWERY TOUR GIFT VOUCHER
Brewery Tour Gift Voucher recipients must be 18+. ID may be requested.
Brewery Tour Gift Voucher(s) can only be redeemed online against Brewery Tours (at the Brewery + Taproom Kingsland) at the time of booking, as these bookings are charged in advance; and cannot be used against any other purchase. Additional payment required if the applied voucher(s) do not cover the total cost of your Brewery Tour Booking.
Each voucher costs $39.00 NZD and is valid for 1 person; limit up to 10 vouchers per transaction. Vouchers are purchased via the TableNest platform and are delivered by email to the recipient. Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Gift Voucher platform and data is managed securely by TableNest, in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and transactions are processed via secure banking partner Stripe; credit card information is not stored.
The purchase and use of Brewery Tour Gift Voucher(s) constitutes acceptance of these terms, privacy policy and Brewery Tour cancellation policy. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged; or be used to purchase other voucher(s) or gift card(s), lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse redemption if fraud is suspected; or recipients are unable to provide 18+ ID. Vouchers expire 4 years after issue; any remaining balance after redemption will be retained on this voucher until expiry; expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
SECTION 5 – TAPROOM GIFT VOUCHER + ONLINE GIFT CARD
Taproom Gift Voucher(s) and Gift Card(s) recipients must be 18+. ID may be requested. Both items are purchased via our website and are delivered by email to the recipient.
Taproom Gift Vouchers; are to be redeemed, in full or in part, in-person at both venues (the Brewery + Taproom Kingland and Burgernaut Fort Street), for pints, beer tastings, takeaway beers (venue applicable), merch and Burgernaut menu items. Vouchers are not valid against Brewery Tour bookings; and cannot be used for online purchases. Vouchers expire 4 years after issue.
Online Gift Cards; are redeemable online only, in full or in part, for products listed on our website storefront; applied at checkout. Gift Cards do not expire.
Use of these Voucher(s) and Gift Card(s) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Any attempt to apply a Voucher against a product or service outside its designated category will be declined. Both items are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged; or be used to purchase other voucher(s) or gift card(s), lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse redemption if fraud is suspected; or recipients are unable to provide 18+ ID. Any remaining balance after redemption will be retained until expiry; expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
