ORDER PICKUP INFO
When you place a pickup order for Burgernaut, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmed” email from Eats365. As these orders are placed via the Eats365 ordering system, by transacting you’re also agreeing to the Eats365 Terms.
Pickup orders are typically ready within 30 minutes. Head to the Taproom bar when you arrive.
During peak periods wait times may be extended. We’ll do our best to notify you if there is a delay, you may need to wait briefly at the Taproom when you arrive.

THINGS TO NOTE
You will need to show your "Order Confirmed" email from Eats365 when you pickup your order from our Taproom bar.
Their sender email address is: <no‑reply@notify.eats365.com>.
As we sell alcohol, we are legally required to verify that the person collecting the order is 18 years or older. Please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or 18+ card). If you cannot provide valid ID, we cannot release the order.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide the order confirmation from Eats365 and valid photo ID confirming they are 18+.
As our food is made fresh to order, once preparation has started or your order is complete, we may not be able to accommodate changes or process refunds.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please call 09 215 9074 as soon as possible.
If your order is not collected within 60 minutes, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response, your order may be discarded. Uncollected orders are non-refundable.
Please check your order upon collection. If there are any issues, let us know immediately. If you receive the wrong items or there is a quality issue, or your payment was processed in error or duplicated, email taproom@urbanaut.co.nz, and we’ll sort it out.
Pickup is only available during designated pickup hours, which differ from our open hours. Availability is subject to change, and ordering may be suspended during peak times.

Fri + Sat - 12 to 6pm
Sun - 12 to 7pm
