We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that same day, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders generally take between 2-3 working days to arrive nationwide, rural areas may take 1-2 days longer.

Our delivery partners, dispatch team and customer service crew do not operate on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed after 1pm Friday or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Any customer enquiries made after 3pm Friday or on weekends and public holidays be answered by our team the next working day.
