Orders + Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to purchase products subject to our Terms of Use. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation at the time of processing.
DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, or during weekends or public holidays (including our local Auckland Anniversary), will be dispatched on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders are typically received within 2–3 business days. Rural deliveries may require an additional 1–2 working days.
Postal delays may occur during peak trading periods or public holidays. While these delays are outside our usual control, we do our best to minimize disruption.
SHIPPING AREAS
We ship within New Zealand only and do not currently offer international delivery.
FEES AND FREE DELIVERY
Free standard delivery is available on orders over $50 (incl GST). This offer excludes discounts or promotions and may be subject to carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
For orders under $50 (incl GST), a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 (incl GST) applies. All delivery charges are subject to change.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order is placed and payment is processed you will receive an order confirmation email. We will then package your order and send a shipping confirmation email when it has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by our delivery partners and remain active until your order is delivered and accepted.
ALCOHOL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
As we sell alcohol, we are legally required to verify that the person receiving the order is 18 years or older. Your signature and valid photo ID are required upon delivery. If you cannot provide a valid photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or 18+ card), the courier will be unable to release the order.
If someone else is accepting the delivery on your behalf, they must provide the order confirmation email and valid photo ID confirming they are 18+.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
For all enquiries relating to orders, including requests to modify or cancel an order, failed delivery attempts, undelivered or lost parcels, or items received incorrectly or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at beer@urbanaut.co.nz. All order issues will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Enquiries received after 3pm Friday, or during weekends or public holidays, will be responded to on the next business day.
AUCKLAND PICKUP
We also offer Click + Collect as an alternative to delivery. Select Click + Collect at Checkout to pickup your order from our Taproom, Tuesday to Friday. Find out more.
