Refund Policy

At Urbanaut Brewing Co., we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This includes regular priced and sale items. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please email us.

In most cases, products do not need to be returned. If there is a manufacturing issue or your items are damaged, you may be asked to provide a description and, if applicable, a photograph. At our discretion, we may offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement. When appropriate, you may be instructed to retain or dispose of the affected product.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any approved refund will be processed via direct bank transfer (EFT). You will need to provide your bank account details for us to action this. These details will be used solely for processing the refund and handled securely.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please ensure the bank account details you provided were correct and allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to appear. If you still have not received your refund, please email us.
