Seductive and delicious, this West Coast IPA is laden with juicy notes of crushed gooseberry, white wine and passionfruit from the barrel loads of fresh Nelson Sauvin hops we’ve used in this beer. A sturdy malt character gives this IPA a full-bodied mouthfeel balanced by a clean, pithy bitterness on the finish. This is a wickedly limited brew, as fresh hops are available to us just once a year…Don’t be caught out!
