Order Online + Pickup from Our Taproom

Click + Collect is available for online orders placed Tuesday to Friday. Select "PICKUP IN STORE" at Checkout, and we’ll prepare your order—typically within 2 hours. You’ll receive an email when it’s ready for pickup.

To collect please make your way to the bar at our taproom.

Things to Note

You must present your order confirmation email (printed or digital) when collecting your order. 

As we sell alcohol, we are legally required to verify that the person collecting the order is 18 years or older. Please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or 18+ card). If you cannot provide valid ID, we cannot release the order. 

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide the order confirmation email and valid photo ID confirming they are 18+. 

If your order is not collected within 5-7 business days, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response, your order may be cancelled, and a refund (minus any processing fees) may be issued.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at beer@urbanaut.co.nz. Once an order is prepared for pickup, we may not be able to accommodate changes. 

Please check your order upon collection. If there are any issues, let us know immediately. If you receive the wrong items or a damaged product, contact us at beer@urbanaut.co.nz, and we’ll sort it out.
